CTDA Asesoría Integral, S.C., commercially known as Castañeda y Asesores (hereinafter, jointly with all its affiliates and subsidiaries, for all legal purposes, referred to as “CASTANEDA Y ASESORES”), with address at General Juan Cano 87, Suite 10, San Miguel Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, 11850, website www.ctda.mx, email privacy@ctda.mx, telephone +52 55 9653.1457, is the party responsible for the protection of your Personal Data, and in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), makes this Privacy Notice (hereinafter the “Privacy Notice”) available to you in order to inform you of the manner in which we collect, transfer, and use your personal data.

You freely and knowingly decide to use the Website and the services provided by CASTANEDA Y ASESORES, expressing your consent to the provisions of this Privacy Notice and its scope, at the moment you become a client of CASTANEDA Y ASESORES.

In order to protect its clients, suppliers, employees, and collaborators against fraud and the misuse or theft of their personal information, CASTANEDA Y ASESORES implements the necessary internal actions and policies, both technical and administrative, to maintain the security of the databases it holds regarding its clients. The data requested upon entry to CASTANEDA Y ASESORES offices will be stored in different physical and electronic databases in order to issue access badges and maintain entry and exit controls for visitors, as part of the internal security and protection measures. Visitor data will be stored digitally for a period of 3 (three) years from the date it was obtained. Additionally, employees and collaborators of CASTANEDA Y ASESORES have signed confidentiality agreements and the corresponding Privacy Notices and are informed of the scope of personal data protection and security, contributing to compliance and effectiveness.

In the event of any security breach at any stage of data processing that significantly affects the patrimonial or moral rights of the Data Subjects, they will be immediately notified by email so they may take appropriate measures to protect their rights, releasing CASTANEDA Y ASESORES from any liability if such breach is not attributable to it. HOW CAN YOU LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Likewise, you may request registration in the Public Registry of Users, administered by the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users, in accordance with the Law for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users and its Regulations.

Finally, CASTANEDA Y ASESORES is not required to maintain exclusion lists, whether proprietary, sectoral, or general, pursuant to Article 110 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, nor to provide additional means for exercising ARCO rights or consent revocation.

MEANS TO EXERCISE ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OPPOSITION RIGHTS (ARCO)

If you wish to exercise your ARCO rights regarding your Personal Data held by CASTANEDA Y ASESORES, you may do so by sending your request via email to: privacy@ctda.mx. You may obtain the ARCO request form by requesting it at the same email address.

CASTANEDA Y ASESORES will respond to your request within twenty (20) business days from the date it is received. If the request is deemed appropriate, it will be executed within fifteen (15) business days following notification of the response.
